The recipient of this data is Hunt Property Services Limited and we are listed as data owners and controllers. The data collected will be communicated only to internal recipients concerned within the company.  

For the purposes of managing requests for information provided that such communication is limited to those persons who need to know said data. By communicating such data to us, you consent to their processing and communication under the conditions described above and you release Hunt Property Services Limited from professional secrecy for this purpose.

The data collected will be kept in a computerised file for a maximum of 13 months and then destroyed.

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. You may also object to the processing of your data. 

Hunt Property Services Limited does not have mailing lists and your data will not be kept by us unless it is relevant to the purchase of a property, or the rental of a property.  We do not keep data for the purpose of marketing and all enquiries are deleted on a regular basis.
