To help you unravel the complexities of renting a new home, we have set out below an overview of the various procedures involved:
REGISTRATION
The first requirement is for you to register your details and property specifications which can be achieved in a number of ways i.e. by email, phone, in person or by completing our registration form. This will give us an insight into your personal requirements, thereby enabling us to modify the details sent to you. Once registered, you are then in a position to receive details from us directly in person, via mail or email or download and print these out from our website.
VIEWING
Our friendly team are available to arrange those all-important viewings of your selected properties 7 days a week. Please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time.
PETS
It may cost you a little extra on your security deposit, but we can find a home for both you and your furry best friend. No need to leave anyone behind!
DEPOSIT
Make your offer and we will pass that to the landlord, once agreed, you pay your holding deposit. The Deposit will be held with The Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS). You will receive an email with an ID code once it has been deposited.
PAYMENTS
Rent collection is made via Direct Debit or Online Payment. In a safe and comfortable way, where you can keep a personal track of all your transactions.
REFERENCING
Your consultant will now run you through our tenancy referencing process.
T&C’S
Once we have cleared your references, you will need to sign your contract and terms and conditions.
EPC & GAS CERT
We will show you the required EPC and Gas Safety Certifications, feel free to ask at any time.
ARRANGE INVENTORY
We will arrange a suitable time for you to run through an inventory and sign off.
CHECK IN & KEYS
Now all the paperwork is in order we can arrange a suitable time for check-in and hand over your keys.
